Cardnet Limited acts as an on-line distributor for Student Advantage
Inc. and all potential Affiliates are asked to review our standard
Affiliate Agreement, below. This document details our commission
and payment structure, legal terms and obligations. Cardnet
Limited will review your application and Web site in good faith
and will notify you of your acceptance
or rejection in a timely fashion. Cardnet Limited may reject
your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that
your site is unsuitable for our Affiliate Program for any reason.
Unsuitable sites may include, but are not limited to, those
with content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening,
defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or racially,
ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
If we reject your application,
you may reapply at any time. If we accept your application and
your site is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion)
to be unsuitable, we may terminate this Agreement.
